Thanks to Emilie, we knew to find our way for lunch to ROSA BONHEUR, a very cool cafe in the middle of Parc des Buttes Chaumont. It's collectively owned by five people and they serve a tapas steered menu available either to eat at Rosa Bonheur or to take away and picnic with in the park itself. They serve coffee, tea, drinks too. And Emilie says it's a lot of fun there at night. We took a picnic selection (see pics below) and ate it sitting inside the cafe, as Noah and the Whale dominated their playlist. The olive and fig tapenade was delicious. The tomatoes, same. The cafe looks beautiful - I went nearly insane taking dozens and dozens of photos. (One or two pics below were taken by my daughter).
